Our renovation scope can include:

  • Kitchen Renovations

Service Fee:

Otago Flats charges a 10% management fee (on the invoices of works completed). Often clients save more than 10% on the renovations due to our preferred labour rates and wholesale pricing.

Rent upon taking over the property: $655 per week
